Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using 3Logistics (THREE LOGISTICS LTD) services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
3Logistics (THREE LOGISTICS LTD) provides autoparts logistics and supply chain management services, including but not limited to:
- Transportation and delivery of autoparts and automotive components
- Warehousing and inventory management services
- Supply chain optimization and consulting
- Parts sourcing and procurement support
- Real-time tracking and logistics technology solutions
- Emergency logistics and expedited delivery services
3. Service Agreement
Services are provided subject to the following terms:
- Service agreements are established through written contracts or purchase orders
- Pricing and service levels are as specified in individual service agreements
- Changes to service requirements must be agreed upon in writing
- Service availability is subject to capacity and operational constraints
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about shipments and requirements
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods according to industry standards
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding transported goods
- Provide timely access to facilities for pickup and delivery
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for shipped goods
5. Prohibited Items
Three Logistics Ltd reserves the right to refuse transportation of items that are:
- Hazardous materials not properly declared and documented
- Illegal or prohibited goods under applicable laws
- Items that could damage other shipments or equipment
- Perishable goods without proper preservation arrangements
- Items with insufficient or inappropriate packaging
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 Limitation of Liability
Three Logistics Ltd's liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the amount specified in the service agreement, not to exceed £100 per kilogram unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Consequential Damages
Three Logistics Ltd shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of use.
6.3 Insurance
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their goods. Additional insurance coverage may be available through Three Logistics Ltd or third-party providers.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are as specified in individual service agreements
- Default payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
- Three Logistics Ltd reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
- All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
8. Delivery and Performance
8.1 Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing. Three Logistics Ltd will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times.
8.2 Force Majeure
Three Logistics Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or transportation infrastructure failures.
9. Claims and Disputes
- Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date
- Written notice of claims must be provided with supporting documentation
- Three Logistics Ltd will investigate claims and respond within 30 days
- Disputes not resolved through negotiation may be subject to binding arbitration
10. Confidentiality
Three Logistics Ltd agrees to maintain the confidentiality of customer information and trade secrets. We will not disclose customer information to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in the agreement. Termination does not affect:
- Obligations for services already performed
- Payment obligations for outstanding invoices
- Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Modifications
Three Logistics Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
